Whoever made decision to sell Matic needs sacking - Neville

Former England international Philip Neville says the decision to sell Nemanja Matic is β€œthe poorest decision I've seen in the Premier League” and has called for the culprit at Stamford Bridge to be sacked.

β€œWhen you’ve got Matic sat in front of you with KantΓ©, you have the best two central midfield players in the Premier League by a country mile,” said the former Premier League winner.

Serb Matic joined Neville’s old club Manchester United, who are currently four points better off than last year’s champions.

β€œI wouldn’t have let him out the building. I’d have chained him to the training ground door and said you’re not going anywhere,” he said.
