A report by the New York-based Soufan Center says more than 5600 foreign fighters for the so-called Islamic State have returned home to 33 countries around the world, including many children. The report says so-called 'returnees' may be particularly vulnerable to jihadist recruiters. So where have they gone and what will happen to them? Richard Barrett, a former British intelligence chief, is the author of the report.
