Former PFA chairman Clark Carlisle describes the moment a man found him in Liverpool, as he struggled with his mental health.

Carlisle had been reported missing by his wife early on September 15, but was found safe that evening.

His wife Carrie earlier tweeted that his family was concerned after being unable to contact him. He had last been seen in Manchester city centre at 06:00 BST, she said.

Carlisle, 37, who has previously spoken of his mental health issues, spent six weeks in a psychiatric unit after he was hit by a lorry in 2014.
