Why you’re eating far more sugar than you realise
Is the U.K.'s food industry doing enough to reduce sugar in food? Food producers have re-formulated many products and reduced the portion size of others. The industry says that reducing sugar is just one of many steps that are needed to move towards better overall diets and healthier lifestyles. But as producers prepare for a sugar tax on soft drinks, might something similar be needed for food? The journalist and TV presenter, Dr Michael Mosley talks to Shari Vahl.
