Down’s syndrome teen set to make her modelling debut

19-year-old Kate Grant from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland is set to become the first model with Down’s syndrome to take part in the Belfast Fashion Week. She wants to challenge people’s perceptions of beauty and highlight discrimination faced by those with a disability.

Kate says she β€œcan’t wait” and is β€œso excited” to make her debut on the catwalk.
