Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Minute: On sailing around the world 'backwards'

It's considered one of the toughest challenges in sailing - travelling around the world 'the wrong way'. That's when you sail from east to west, against the prevailing winds and currents. It's a 35,000 kilometer journey, taking around six months. Adam Tuffnell is one of those who has done it, and tells Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Minute how a life-changing event inspired him to take up the challenge.
