Briton Nick Talbot became the first person with cystic fibrosis to conquer Mount Everest, on his third attempt. Cystic fibrosis is a genetic condition, which causes a build-up of mucus in the lungs, meaning sufferers struggle with a reduced lung capacity. Despite this, he managed the climb in the same average time as those without the condition. He tells Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Minute what inspired him to take up the challenge.
