Reading FC: 'They set a trap, and we fall into it every time'
Joey van den Berg thinks the Royals' opponents know how to play against them this season.
Reading FC fell to a 5th league loss of the season against Norwich on Saturday, condemning them to their worst points tally after ten games in a non-Premier League season since 1999.
"I think the teams who come here now adjust to how we play," van den Berg told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Adam Whitty. "They wait on our mistakes, and unfortunately we keep making those mistakes.
"They set a trap, and we fall into it every time."
But van den Berg doesn't think a change in the style of play is the answer.
"I think we have to keep doing what we're doing best, and have to be extra focused on not making mistakes.
"I'm full of confidence we can do it, but we have to get rid of the mistakes."
