'If Boris can't keep schtum, yes he has to go'
Chair of the Treasury Select Committee and former Education Minister Nicky Morgan has said that if Boris Johnson "can’t stop setting down arbitrary red lines" then he "has to go". Speaking to the Westminster Hour, she said that Mr Johnson needs to show that he "accepts ministerial collective responsibility'"
