Reading FC: Bacuna disappointed not to 'finish it off'
The midfielder felt his side should have converted their chances against the Robins.
Reading had twice as many shots as Bristol, but lost to a late Aden Flint goal.
"We had a good game plan," Bacuna told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "We tried to play from the back and created chances.
"We created a lot of chances, but couldn't finish it off."
And Bacuna knows just how competitive the squad is, and that performances matter.
"If you don't score or you don't perform well then someone else will take your place.
"For the squad it's a great thing, the players are just motivated to keep in the starting...eleven."
