Where is BMW in the electric car race?
As the world's car makers are showcasing their latest models at the IAA motor show in Frankfurt this week, many are trying to impress drivers with their push towards developing more hybrid and electric cars.
BMW's chief executive, Harald Krueger, says that although the future is electric, the German automotive company will still make vehicles with diesel and petrol, or gasoline engines, during a period of transition to electric units.
