British Virgin Islands needs aid for hurricane rebuild
The BVI's financial services sector is already open for business, as the UK territory recovers from the devastation caused by Hurricane Irma.
Benito Wheatley, the director of of the British Virgin Islands in London, says financial aid will be needed to help the economy recover, as the territory sets out on a programme of reconstruction.
