Reading FC: "There was no crisis in our team"
Speaking after the 2-0 win away at Birmingham City, Reading manager Jaap Stam told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley he was pleased with the performance - and transfer business.
Jaap Stam, Reading Manager:
"There was no crisis in our team, thinking we couldn't win away from home. We know what we can do... if we do it well and do it right then we can win a game.
"We do well when we don't do stupid things.
"Creating during the ninety minutes lots of opportunities, and finally George Evans scored that second goal and at the point it was a big relief."
On Dave Edwards:
"I'm always looking for players with experience, who are strong, and can bring something extra to the squad. We've seen him play and last season he did very well."
