Spain has seen a sudden increase in the number of migrants crossing from the so-called 鈥淭angier Triangle鈥� which is a stretch of coastline 90km either side of the Moroccan city of Tangier.

Migrants have been using flimsy boats for the journey, some of them carrying children and babies.
