Arborfield's Clive Tyldesley joined Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Sarah Walker, discussing the main challenges of being a sports broadcaster, and the many lessons he has learn from decades in the business.
Clive Tyldesley, ITV Chief Football Commentator:
"One of the very first lessons I ever learnt during my time at Radio Trent came when the guy who was supposed to present the late night rock show pulled out.
Someone came in to empty the bins, and I referred to her on air...I got absolute rollicking for breaking the mystery.
"So many thousands of people listening would give up their job that day to do what I do.
"Every morning I wake up and I look forward to going to work."
