The new Magpies defender is impressed with how well the team are working as a unit.
Max Kilman explains the teamwork within the squad is carrying the team to positive results in the National League.
"We played as a team," Kilman told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Adam Whitty. "Everyone moulded together.
"I am sure everyone is happy with everyone else's performance today."
And Kilman reserved special praise for Maidenhead goal ace Dave Tarpey.
