Bad days donβt exist - Ohuruogu
Former Olympic champion Christine Ohuruogu says it is an athlete's responsibility to be mentally strong.
The mentality of British athletes has been criticised during the World Championships, with the host nation winning only one gold medal in the first six days.
Ohuruogu, who failed to reach the 400m final of the World Championships in 2005 but won Olympic gold at Beijing 2008, said: βI had to have an honest look at myself and say, Chris, you I screwed up. I told myself thereβs absolutely no way I'm not going to make a final again.β
