Getting internet in Wales via the DR Congo

Internet connection in rural Wales is one of the slowest in Britain. It typically offers download speeds of 500kps, not enough to run a website. To get round this problem, Christopher Spry -- a retired professor of immunology -- has come up with an arrangement that allows him to receive internet from a satellite 22,000 miles above the Democratic Republic of Congo. He spoke to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Newsday.
