China's One Belt One Road economic plan extends to Abu Dhabi
The Chinese province of Jiangsu will invest $300m in a free trade zone in United Arab Emirates.
The aim of the 50 year deal to develop facilities around the port of Khalifa, one of the world's fastest growing cargo hubs is to attract various Chinese companies to set up businesses.
Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, the chief executive of Abu Dhabi Ports, tells the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Russell Padmore how China wants to enhance its economic influence in the Gulf region.
