The eco-warriors of Odessa: Fighting corruption and the old guard
Protesters are fighting the proposals to build hotels and apartments on Odessa's shoreline by digging up tarmac. It's also a demonstration against what they consider to be the corrupt connivance between the developers and the city authorities, and a sign that Ukraine has failed in its adoption of pro-European values.
