Islamic State to diversify investments 'like a mafia'
The so-called Islamic State has suffered a big setback after Iraqi forces retook Mosul this week. But according to Dr Renard Mansour from London's Chatham House, IS is in good financial health thanks to huge cash reserves which it is laundering through legitimate businesses in Iraq 'like a mafia'. He spoke to Owen Bennett Jones about the militant group's evolving financial activities.
