John McEnroe: I'd make top 500 of women's game if I came out of retirement
Former world number one John McEnroe says he would rank in the top 500 current women tennis players if he were to come out of retirement.
It comes after the seven-time Grand Slam singles winner recently said reigning Wimbledon and Australian Open champion Serena Williams would be ranked "like 700 in the world", if she were to play on the men's circuit.
The 58-year-old responded to the question on 6-love-6 by saying, "I'd probably be in the top 500 at least. The women only play best of three so I'd have an advantage there."
