Hayles: Cavendish's fourth place "outstanding"
Rob Hayles says Mark Cavendish's fourth place in the first sprint finish of the 2017 Tour de France was "outstanding" given he has only recently recovered from glandular fever.
The Manxman, who is targeting his 31st Tour de France stage victory - needing 34 to break the all-time record - has missed much of the season so far after being struck down will illness.
Hayles and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ team of Simon Brotherton and OJ Borg also discuss Marcel Kittel's stunning victory in the first bunch sprint of the tour.
