It's part of China's 'Belt and Road Initiative', which is financing infrastructure projects all along the old Silk Road trading route, but how is it being received in Kazakhstan? The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Asia Business Correspondent Karishma Vaswani reports from the country's economic capital Almaty.

Simon Calder of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Travel Show speaks to Manuela Saragosa about Kazakhstan's plans to position itself as a travel hub between Europe and China.

Also in the programme, regular commentator Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times, compares the virtues and strengths of younger versus older employees in the workplace.
