Criticism for troubled farm payment system
Audit Scotland has said more money needs to be spent fixing a failing Β£178m IT system used to pay subsidies to farmers.
Their report says the system is not robust and the Scottish government could yet be heavily fined over the fiasco.
Hundreds of farmers have been affected by late or missed payments from the Common Agricultural Policy.
