Zoo death 'was not freak accident'
The president of an animal rights and conservation charity says that the death of a zoo-keeper at Hamerton Zoo Park near Huntingdon "was not a freak accident".
Will Travers, from the Born Free Foundation, said that "we have to ask questions about the safety of those who work in zoos".
