China US trade deal: who won?

"A Herculean accomplishment". That's how US commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross, heralded last week's surprise trade deal with China. Among the highlights: China will open up to American beef. And Chinese cooked poultry will be allowed to enter the US. Beijing will also allow American firms to provide credit rating and electronic payment services in China. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Mike Johnson asked, the US economist Irwin Stelzer, who he thought gained most from the deal:
