Reading FC: Al-Habsi wants strong finish before play-offs
Ali Al-Habsi says despite only needing one point, they want to win their last two games.
The Royals face Wigan on Saturday, before Burton next Sunday, where one point in either game will secure their top six finish in the Championship.
"We just need to finish it in the highest level," Al-Habsi told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "If you want to finish it well then you perform in the last game of the season at home.
"We know what we need from the last two games, and we can't slob in the end."
And he knows that his former employers Wigan will prove to be a stern test.
"We know it is going to be a difficult game. For Wigan it is the last chance for them to stay in the league.
"It's an exciting game, we're looking forward to it."
