How would Marine Le Pen run France's economy?
Sunday's first round presidential vote in France narrowed the field to the centrist Emmanuel Macron, and far right candidate Marine Le Pen. France's National Front has been tainted by a xenophobic image. Marine Le Pen's pledge to hold a referendum on EU membership, and possibly ditch the euro currency, may well be a step too far for many French voters. Jean Messiha is the coordinator of Marine Le Pen's election campaign. He told the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Susannah Streeter why they think France would be better off going it alone.
