China has decided to create a brand new city: Xiongan. Chinese economist Andy Xie tells the Â鶹ԼÅÄ’s Marie Keyworth that this isn’t the first time the country has attempted to create a vast new metropolis, which will include markets, schools and hospitals – all to help China’s slowing economy.
