South African rand tumbles as Finance Minister fired
South Africa is in turmoil after President Jacob Zuma fired his widely respected Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan, his deputy at finance Mcebisi Jonas, and eight other cabinet colleagues. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Fergus Nichol spoke to Colin Coleman - Managing Director of Goldman Sachs International, in Johannesburg - and put it to him that this move had wiped billions of dollars off the value of the economy.
