Ukraine has banned Russia's contestant for the Eurovision song contest from entering the country. The reason: Yuliya Samoilova visited Crimea in 2015 to perform at a concert in the peninsula, which was annexed by Russia in 2014. Steve Rosenberg on the politics of Eurovision.
