People from the St James area of Northampton say that they don't understand the point of major roadworks to construct a "Smart Corridor" there.
Northamptonshire County Council says: "Weedon Road is one of 3 corridors being developed to align Northampton and the county with the Smart City philosophy by making better use of its existing infrastructure and empowering citizens to make informed travel choices."
