Is Syria's Largest Dam Water-tight?

Assault on Raqqa halted to check safety of strategic Tabqa Dam

US-backed forces have paused their offensive against the so-called IS-stronghold of Raqqa to allow engineers to inspect the strategic Tabqa Dam.
