Bob Woolmer: The Murder that Never Was

Revisiting the botched inquiry into the death of coaching pioneer Bob Woolmer.

We revisit the extraordinary aftermath of the death of Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer at the Cricket World Cup in Jamaica in 2007. Ten years on, we speak to Woolmer's eldest son and the police chief at the centre of a botched inquiry into a murder that never was. Professor Tim Noakes, who co-authored a seminal coaching manual with Woolmer, sheds light on a pioneering coach whose untimely death was a huge loss to the game.
