Raised on an Illinois farm, Therese Tucker started life helping her parents drive tractors and tend to the cows and pigs. She then defied the odds and set up the accounting software giant BlackLine. She says women in business tend to be more emotional - and this is both a strength and a potential weakness. She gave some of the secrets of her success to the 麻豆约拍's Mike Johnson.
