The Trump administration's second attempt at a travel ban may be heading the same way as the first. The state of Hawaii which says the revised ban, signed by the president on Monday, violates the US Constitution, has been allowed to update its earlier legal complaint. There's also the question of visa restrictions and we hear from the 麻豆约拍's Justin Rowlatt who's been looking at the impact on India's vast software industry.

Proposed fracking projects in the south-eastern state of Tamil Nadu in India have prompted large and sustained protests from environmentalists, student supporters and Tamil political groups. We hear from Arun Kaliraja, a member of the May 17 Movement which campaigns for Tamil civil rights in India and Sri Lanka.

After Brexit and after Trump could the Netherlands produce the next voting shock? The Dutch people go to the polls in a general election next Wednesday and Manuela Saragosa reports from the southern Dutch city of Maastricht.

WikiLeaks has published thousands of documents which it says are classified files lifting the lid on the CIA. They include discussions about turning internet connected Samsung televisions into listening posts.
