Is it harder for young Asian people to open up about mental health problems?
A new survey suggests three-quarters of young people feel there is a stigma attached to mental health and a quarter would not ask for help if they had a problem. We know this is an issue in the Asian community where many still consider mental health problems as a taboo but In recent years we've seen Zayn Malik, Monty Panesar and Deepika Padukone open up about their personal experiences.
