Former head of the civil service attacks post-Brexit proposals for EU migrants.

Responding to reports that the UK government may curb freedom of movement for new EU arrivals after the triggering of Article 50, Sir Bob Kerslake said: "Whether you're a Remainer or a Leaver, I think the government's position is both inhumane and self-defeating".
