At the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, firms are revealing plans for 5G data. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Rory Cellan-Jones in Barcelona tells us what we can expect from the latest iteration of high speed mobile data. Also in the programme, the London Stock Exchange has said its merger with Deutsche Boerse is now unlikely to be approved. Artur Fischer is joint chief executive of the Boerse Berlin, and explains why the deal appears to be at risk of falling apart. India's finance minister Arun Jaitley tells us that his government's surprise withdrawal of high value bank notes was a success, but we have a special report from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Yogita Limaye on how agriculture and industry have been hit hard by the policy. Uganda is seeking closer trade ties with the United Kingdom, partly because of quality concerns over goods and services from China. We hear more from Cobus van Staden from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, who is an expert in trade relations between Africa and China. Plus, our regular commentator, Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times, says there's a very simple trick to being persuasive - be polite and flatter unrelentingly.
