Blue Plaques for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Music Day

For β€œΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Music Day” this summer, we’re celebrating one of Staffordshire and Cheshire’s local music legends by putting up an official β€œBlue Plaque”. And, now we’re looking for your help choosing who, what or where we honour.

You could nominate a singer, songwriter or musician who’s no longer with us, from any type of music background.

But you could also tell us about a place that’s been a major part of our music heritage – or the location of an iconic musical event.

Your suggestions will help us decide who, what or where to celebrate – and we’ll unveil the plaques as part of this year’s ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Music Day in June.

Email your suggestions to studio.stoke@bbc.co.uk

Below we list a few suggestions which might inspire you - get in touch with us at ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Stoke and let us know!
