Marlow Chef Tom Kerridge on how a low-carb 'stay happy' diet helped him shed the weight.

"You have to take that big step to be on a diet, and it is a big step - you have to change the way that you look at food and the way that you view it and your eating habits.

"Those carby things like pototo and bread you but out...and replace with lovely vegetables, fantastic meat, and because they take on so much flavour you can add all sorts of spices.

"You have to disarm everyone with honesty, and then all your friends and family buy into the whole journey."
