Russia has welcomed Donald Trump's decision to nominate Rex Tillerson, the boss of the Exxon Mobil oil giant, as America's next secretary of state. The Kremlin's warm words may go beyond the usual polite statements that accompany the announcement of a new chief US diplomat. Vladimir Putin has previously awarded Mr Tillerson the Order of Friendship - the highest honour Russia can bestow on a foreigner. That reflects twenty years of Exxon doing business in Russia, and Mr Tillerson's strong criticism of American sanctions introduced against Russia after the Ukraine crisis. But who exactly is Mr Tillerson? World Business Report's Tony Bonsignore has been finding out.
