Yorkshire’s new head coach is Andrew Gale who at the age of 33 takes over following his decision to retire as a player. He led the team to back to back Championship titles. He tells us why the time is right for him and the club and how he hopes to build on what he and former coach, Jason Gillespie put in place at Headingley.
