The Reading boss reacts to their 2-1 home win against Bristol City.

Jaap Stam:

"Sometimes you need to go forward to defend even better I think.

"Usually it's about a team performance, today especially second half you look at the back four/five and how they defended, the commitment that they have.

"It's not that we can control every game.

"In December there's going to be a very busy period, again with a lot of games."
