Hull's Ferensway is to close for improvement works at the end of the month. Cllr Martin Mancey - who is responsible for Transport & Highways at Hull City Council - says there were concerns about the number of people gathering in the middle of a pedestrian crossing between the Paragon Interchange and the city centre.
