The most influential lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the world have been identified. Creating power lists is a tried and tested technique for groups which have faced discrimination or marginalisation, and the Outstanding group is aiming to put that technique to work on behalf of the global LGBT community. Outstanding Chief Executive, Suki Sandu, told the 麻豆约拍's Alex Ritson why Hong Kong property magnate, Gigi Chao, is at the top of this year's list.
