Is creativity in the workplace overrated?

Judging by the number of jobs that are advertised with the word 'creative' in the title, creativity in the workplace is something that should be nurtured and encouraged. But our regular commentator Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times thinks other qualities, like judgement, skill and intelligence are much more important.
