Andreis Ulderink: Reading 'need more time' with new style
Reading assistant boss Andreis Ulderink says Reading still have a lot to learn to make their possession-based style more potent in front of goal.
"We want to play a possession game and dominate the game. Teams who also play more with possession, like Southampton, needed five or six years.
"We don't need five or six years to get the top level out of this team, but we need a little bit more time."
"I've got confidence [we can score goals]. That's the way it sometimes worked. We are a little bit worried because against QPR... we have six or seven good chances."
"We take a lot of risks for the counter-attack of the opponent, because we stand quite high up the pitch."
