Gadget helps track down lost items
How do you fancy the idea of outsourcing your memory to a coin-sized gadget? If you happen to live in a household where people are forever losing their keys, their wallets and their glasses, it might not be such a bad idea. A gathering billed as Europe's biggest event for software whizzkids, called Apps World, has just got underway in London. Among those attending is Silicon Valley entrepreneur Christian Smith. He's invented a device designed to track down things you might have lost, and showed Mike Johnson how it works.
